Dr. Sam is an experienced Primary Care Physician with a dedicated and evolving interest in weight loss and obesity management. With an MBBS, a Master of Public Health (MPH), and Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), Dr. Balogun offers comprehensive general medical care informed by a growing subspecialty focus.
 
His clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based, compassionate care. Dr. Sam has completed advanced training, including the SCOPE Certificate in Obesity Management, the Harvard Medical School CME course in Obesity Medicine, and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Obesity Management. This in-depth education supports a nuanced understanding of obesity’s complex and multifactorial nature, spanning metabolic, behavioral, psychological, and environmental influences.
 
In practice, Dr. Sam develops individualised, sustainable weight management plans, combining medical therapies, nutrition, physical activity, and behavioral support.
